I’ve been thinking about the difference between smart and smart rural, and it’s not pretty.
Smart rural development is the kind that is meant to be smarter.
The smart rural solution is the one that makes sense for the local communities, not the one in the middle of the country.
Smart farming is a great example of a smart rural project, but the rural community in that area is not smart, either.
In the UK, we know the best way to support small farmers and farmers’ markets is to support the local community in the form of a local farmer’s market.
But in the UK it’s hard to get any local food to go to farmers markets, so if you want to support local food you have to be very specific about the farmers markets you’re supporting.
The solution in this case is not a local food market, it’s a smart farmer’s marketplace.
The farmer’s markets are a very good example of smart rural.
But, if you’re thinking about how to create smart rural communities, you need to be aware of the challenges that face the local area, so you don’t just try to replicate the success of the smart food markets.
Smart agriculture is a good example, because the UK is one of the best countries in the world to produce a variety of crops for food and fibre.
In fact, a lot of farmers’ gardens are in places that are in the greenest areas, which is not necessarily true for food production.
The UK is also one of those countries that has the biggest amount of land available for farming.
But the greenhouses are located in urban areas, and they are often far from the farmers, who are usually located further afield.
So if you think about the fact that we have all these greenhouses, and the farmers don’t have the option to grow their own food, it becomes an extremely difficult situation.
If you think of the amount of work that goes into the greenhouse, and if you imagine that if the farmers can’t grow their food, the land will be used to grow crops, then you have a very serious problem.
So you need smart agriculture.
So what is smart agriculture?
The UK has around 1.2 billion hectares of land, and only around 400,000 hectares of farming land.
So we have a lot more land that we need to produce food and that we are not getting.
The problem is that we don’t know how to produce enough food to feed the local population.
In other words, there’s a big shortage of food, and we have no way of filling that gap.
So how do we fill the gap?
One option is to have smart farmers markets.
But this is not always the solution.
In some places, there are already smart farmers’ market sites, but they don’t always make sense for local communities.
So, what if you had a farmer’s garden in the centre of your town, with the best of the local markets nearby?
There’s lots of people who want to go and buy vegetables and flowers at these markets.
What if you wanted to build a smart agricultural village, where you could sell your produce, and you could also provide some financial services?
And you could even offer a job.
And that’s what the Smart Farmer’s Market is about.
You could start by creating a smart farm and selling produce directly to people.
And then you could develop smart agricultural villages in the countryside and build smart communities there.
So it’s about using smart farming techniques to provide services that are needed in local areas, while not getting stuck in the big city.
The concept of Smart Agriculture isn’t just about getting rich off of local food, but also about local people.
How do we get people to start thinking about and caring about local issues in a more local way?
Smart agriculture can be applied in a wide range of situations, from providing jobs for local people, or creating a business that connects local communities with food, to providing housing and providing a good education.
The first example that comes to mind is that of the “caveat emptor” example.
Imagine a place that is surrounded by a river.
There are a lot islands, and a lot trees.
And, there is a lot vegetation.
But if you have an irrigation system and a dam, and there’s no other way to irrigate the island, then it’s going to have to irrigated by pumping water out of the sea, or by creating artificial lakes.
The way that the island can be irrigated is by a well-designed system that uses the island as an island and the water as a resource.
That’s the way that smart agriculture works.
If we have to build some smart irrigation systems, then the next step would be to create a system that allows the island to grow and the land to be cultivated by a farmer.
And we don´t need to build all the smart irrigation infrastructure that the smart farmer would want.
So that way, we can develop a smart irrigation system that does not require a lot
