If you’ve been living in a rural area for the past few years and you’re looking to refinance your land, the process is much easier than you may think.
Here are the steps to get started: 1.
Find out how to access RDB.
Rural Development Barbados (RBD) is an online resource which allows you to refract the property value and the loan amount for the current year and a half.
Check the loan documents to see if the loan is eligible.
Check with your bank and the bank may provide you with information on how to obtain a RDB loan.
Find a rural lender.
The best way to find a rural RDB lender is to contact the local RDB office.
They may provide information on their website.
If you’re still unsure, you can use the Rural Development Qualifications Office (RJDQO) which is available to the public.
If you have any questions about the RDB process or any other issues related to a rural mortgage, please contact the Rural Affairs Branch.
Get involved on the RJDQ to get more information and advice on how you can get a Rdb loan.
For more information, please visit the RDDQ website.
